OLAS exists because the experience of navigating neurodiversity in the real world is too often confusing, slow, and fragmented. The NHS pathway can feel like a maze—unclear next steps, repeated admin loops, long waits, and families left anxious and unsupported.

Living with ADHD and watching others struggle through the system made one thing obvious: care needs structure and clarity. Not just better software—better operating models that reduce cognitive load for everyone involved.

OLAS is my commitment to build a platform that makes ADHD care feel calm, safe, and transparent—while giving services the tools to deliver excellence at scale.
